Free Health MOT! At Nuffield Health they do things differently. Do you think you are super fit and in ‘tip top’ condition? Know you are overweight, but not sure how this is impacting on your short and long term health?

Why not take the free, clinically approved Health MOT when you join and get a comprehensive understanding of your current health.

The 60 minute Health MOT is an in-depth assessment of your overall health, based on a series of checks and tests that are carried out to determine, what is referred to as, your ‘health score’.

All members can undertake a Health MOT when they join up.

What is measured in the Health MOT

Body mass index (BMI)

Resting heart rate

Cholesterol

Aerobic fitness

Blood pressure

Sugar levels.

During your Health MOT you will also have the opportunity to discuss your hydration, alcohol intake, sleep quality and any existing injuries, with one of Nuffield’s expert wellbeing advisors.

Your Health Score

Following your free Health MOT, you will be given a health score between 6 and 100, and this can be used to track your progress against a bespoke set of fitness and lifestyle goals. If you would like another Health MOT in three months or further down the line, just let them know and an advisor will arrange one for you.

A personalised action plan

Regular check-ins will chart your progress and improvements over time, helping you to improve your overall health. Only Nuffield Health can combine health and fitness, medical, physiotherapy and nutrition expertise to help you get fitter and healthier.

Rewards for getting healthier

Their unique rewards scheme enables staff to recognise the hard work you put into achieving your health goals.

If you do not want to commit to a 12 month gym contract, you have a 3 month membership option which you are free to leave after this term if you do not improve or maintain your health score.
